PE Primer FDD Trainer – Full Time

Private Equity Primer (“PE Primer”) is looking for a full-time Financial Due Diligence (“FDD”) Trainer to join its professional education and training business. PE Primer provides professional skill development, continuing education, and best-in-class training for mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) professionals. Common training clients include financial due diligence (“FDD”) or transaction advisory services (“TAS”) teams within accounting firms, investment banks, private equity firms, leveraged lenders, M&A attorneys, and corporate development teams. Trainings are delivered in person (often at the client site) or virtually and can range from half a day to multiple weeks. The opportunity is a great fit for those with an M&A / transaction services background who like to drop some knowledge, have a passion for teaching others, find it rewarding when learners have those “ah ha” moments, and are able to deconstruct and explain concepts in digestible chunks.

This role is for a full-time training position. This role entails learning existing course materials and mastering how it needs to be delivered, leading client trainings (some delivered as a team, others delivered solo), improving upon existing course materials, and expanding / developing new course material. As many trainings are delivered on-site at client’s offices, travel is part of this role. This is a remote position (with travel), so candidates can reside in a variety of geographies.
