Technical Skills Includes the ability to systematically analyze business models, perform financial and data analysis, value businesses, set net working capital pegs, and negotiate purchase agreements. To some degree, acquisition and development of these skills are table stakes for deal professionals looking to advance in their careers. Based on career level, these various skills represent the minimum requirements of the job.
