FDD Manager & Director Capstone
Enhance your ability to effectively lead FDD deal teams and client engagements by gaining reps in a real deal simulation. Participants manage the deal team, process, and client interactions; they lead diligence sessions with Target management, evaluate staff work product, and present their findings to the client in a 30-minute read-out call.
FDD Manager & Director Capstone Course Overview
This course differs from the FDD Associate Capstone course in that it is designed for more experienced FDD professionals already highly confident and proficient in the financial analysis portion of the job but who are looking to get more reps, guidance, and feedback on more effectively managing the process and its various constituencies (e.g., interacting with senior FDD leadership, junior FDD staff, corporate clients, financial investor clients, investment bankers, target company management teams, among others).
